Pamplona is the capital of the province of Navarra, a region in north-central Spain. 

The region borders La Rioja, The Basque Country and Aragon to the south east and west, and France to the north.

It is this ideally situated and at the centre of a highly developed communications infrastructure in one of the most advanced industrial regions in the country.

Pamplona itself is also well known as forming part of the Santiago way and for the annual bull-running festival of San Fermin made famous by the writings of Ernest Hemmingway.
